Assim como na estréia do filme nos cinemas, quem comprou o DVD/Bluray de Evangelion 3.33 You Can (Not) Redo no dia do lançamento recebeu um Artbook do filme.
Comparado ao Artbook do 3.0 (o que foi distribuido nos cinemas) ele é muito semelhante, os design de personagem são os mesmos com a adição de uma modificação de um Eva ou outro e também as letras das músicas da trilha sonora.
