Como já mencionado em posts anteriores, a venda de DVDs e Blurays de Evangelion foram um sucesso. No dia 12 de Maio, Evangelion conseguiu um novo recorde. Os Blurays de Evangelion 1.11, 2.22 e 3.33 atingiram a marca de 1 milhão de cópias vendidas.

Evangelion 3.33 continua sendo o Bluray mais vendido pela 3ª semana seguida. Somado os três filmes com as vendas também dos DVDs, chegam a um total de 1.950.000 (1 milhão, novecentos e cinquenta mil) de copias vendidas somente no Japão.

Desde que a empresa Oricon começou a listar  as vendas Japonesas, Rebuild of Evangelion se converteu na 1ª franquia com os 3 discos a permanecer três semanas seguidas no topo da lista de vendas.

As mentioned in previous posts, the sale of DVDs and Blurays Evangelion were a success. On May 12, Evangelion achieved a new record. The Blurays of Evangelion 1.11, 2.22 and 3.33  reached the milestone of 1 million copies sold.
Evangelion 3.33 remains the bestselling Bluray for the 3rd straight week. Added three films with sales of DVDs too, reach a total of 1,950,000 copies sold only in Japan
Since the Oricon company began listing  Japanese sales, Rebuild of Evangelion became the 1st franchise with 3 disks to remain three weeks in a row on top of the sales list.
